You know you have awesome friends when
- they support you like you're the only thing they believe it and you're completely right even though you're sprouting rubbish at 12am and you're being an emotional, irrational moron. a.k.a. they're there. No matter what time, or what crisis, or what part of the world.
- they know exactly what you need or want or "need" to know and tell you. Always. And it seems like the most normal thing on the planet (cos it is.)
- you can spend 4 hours on the phone and not be tired a single bit nor feel like it's been that long and could keep going except for the fact that it's already 4 in the morning and you need to get up the next day for church
- you can talk about anything. Anything. Including the deepest darkest secret (e.g. i'm secretly a PCD. But that was just a random example. OR IS IT? ;) :D)
This is my conclusion after many phone conversations in the last 48hours.
Of course, it could also be testament to my ultimate girly(no, not bimbo)-ness, the need and ability to chatter for hours on end, my amazingly extreme spectrum of emotions and openess, and trust, belief and everything postitive when it comes to mankind. Hmm.
Either way, if i do get the balls (hurhur) to haul my butt over the seas to nz, Skype is a must. I don't think i could handle lonely night without someone on the other end reassuring me that no, i'm not an alien and yes, i haven't morphed into a psychotic idiot of a psycho person(: Now if only i knew how it worked. Or how it's installed. Or what it does. Or something more than just the word Skype. (The workings of the mysterious mind of a (hot and sexy) tech-noob who just found out what the CPU was last year :D)
I'm glad some of my last thoughts and reflections on the last night of 2007 (or morning or 2007) were lovely ones(: Thank you, you know who you are, for falling into at least one of those categories. I lUbBxX eUu aLL lOnG tImeZzZ wOrXx~
;)
